What happened between Chris and his parents that caused them to have such a weak relationship? Why did he not care about the ticket bringing his parents worries when they cared about him and were worried about him?
If (as the report in the book says) Alex was starving, why did he not just walk out of the woods? The book says that he was injured but there were no signs of broken bones or other obvious injuries. If this was the case, the town that the hunters came from was not far away. Couldn't he have just walked out of the woods?
